Within Australia
Elaine Dee offers complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–12 business days.
We also offer express shipping via Australia Post, with rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Elaine Dee is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.
International Shipping
Elaine Dee offers complimentary standard shipping on all International orders over $600 AUD. For orders below this threshold, we ship internationally at a calculated rate shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday), and shipping times will be confirmed once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Elaine Dee is not responsible for shipping delays or customs processing times.
If you fall in love with something but can’t see your country listed at checkout, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do our best to arrange a way to get it to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer refunds on full-priced items and pre-order items only. We offer exchanges or store credits on all other purchases.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@elainedee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
Refunds

- Shipping fees (including standard, express and international) are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return
Gift cards are not refundable.
Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges or credit notes on full-priced items, pre-order items and sale items (unless it has been marked Final Sale).
- the Original Shipping fees (including standard, express and international) are non-refundable
- Any monetary difference between the original purchase and the new purchase will be refunded or charged to you. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return
Returns and Exchange Conditions
Please ensure your return/exchange item is:
- New, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging and free from makeup, perfume, or other marks
Returns/Exchanges that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back to you.
We recommend trying on garments in a clean, makeup-free area to help keep them pristine.
Return Shipping
Australian orders: Return shipping is complimentary. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
The return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Exchange Shipping
Australian orders: Need a different size or change of mind? We offer one free exchange per order. (Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.)
International orders: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

Please note: Once an item has been exchanged, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for return or further exchange.
